【What is elevator control panel】
An Elevator controller is a system to control the elevators, either manual or automatic. The controller usually tune down the voltage between 12V to 24V to the controlling system, Only the motor needs 3-phase power supply.
【Types of elevator board】
Usually the number of circuit boards(PCBs) used in different elevator is different. The more high-end elevators use more circuit boards.
Take the KONE Elevator 3000 elevator without a room for example,
which uses LCECPU microcomputer board, LCECOP interface board, LCECCB car top board, LCE723 power board, LCE230 safety circuit board, LCEFCB floor board (floor board has one for each floor), LCECOB circuit board, car display board, hall exterior display board (one for each floor), door machine control.
There are more than a dozen circuit boards in the board and frequency converter, including 3 circuits, internal command button board, etc.
Each of these circuit boards has its specific function. Each circuit board has one or more CPU chips, communication chips, etc., and some of them also have program chips.
【Commonly used circuit board modules for elevator】
1. Power supply module, generally including rectifier circuit, voltage stabilizing circuit, filter circuit; power supply monitoring circuit;
2. Core processing module, including CPU (or single chip microcomputer, DSP processor), EEPROM, RAM, address signal decoding circuit, oscillator circuit, reset circuit, watchdog circuit;
3. Signal input module: including step-down circuit, signal isolation circuit (--generally use optical lotus and micro transformer), buffer latch circuit;
4. Signal output module: including buffer latch circuit, signal isolation circuit (usually with optical coupling and micro transformer), power amplifier circuit.
5. Serial communication module: The serial communication technology used in elevators is mainly RS232,RS485 or CAN bus, of which RS232,It is used to connect with a debugger and a computer. The internal communication generally uses RS485 or CAN bus technology.
