TVVB Cable structure:

Conductor: Meet GB 3956 Class 5 conductor standard

Insulation: PVC/D type PVC compound insulation

Color recognition: conform GB 5023.1 4.1 color identification for less than 5-core cable, Conform GB 5023.1 4.2 digit recognition for up to 5- core cable

Core structure: core centered on bearing core (filler) twisted into line, after cabling, aluminum foil PP belt or non-woven fabric coated, etc.

Sheath material: PVC/ST5 special PVC compound, black or gray (RAL7001)

Application standards: GB/T 5023.6/IEC 60227-6, EN 50214-2006 enterprise standard

 

TVVB Technical parameters:

Rated voltage: Nominal conductor cross section 1mm2 or 1mm2 less cable: 300/500v

Test voltage:

rated voltage 300/500V, insulation thickness ≤ 0.6mm: 1500v, Finished cable test voltage: 2000v,

Rated voltage 450/750V, Insulation thickness>0.6 mm:2500v, Finished product test Voltage: 2500v

minimum bending radius:

Cable laying installation allowed bending radius should not less than 6 times of the cable's smaller side.

Static torsion Test: comply with the regulations of GB/T 5023.2 3.5

Temperature range: -15 to +70 ℃

Flame retardant test: Pass GB/T 18380.1 2001 test

 

TVVB Application range:

Suitable for hanging inside the elevator for the accompanying freely hanging length less than 80 meters, and the moving speed of no more than 4 m/s, also for reeling cable on lifter and travelling crane.
